St. Peter’s Clergy

The Reverend Mo Lederman
Rector
Rev. Mo Peitler-Lederman is a native Nutmegger and serves through the Episcopal Church in Connecticut. She is a graduate of Providence College, BA Theology and a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School. Ordained in 2004, Mo served as the Associate Rector and Chaplain of the Day School at St. Thomas’s Episcopal Church in New Haven, CT for nine years. She became the Rector of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Guilford, CT until June of 2021.
She has served the diocese on several committees and loves being a Chaplain for Camp Washington. She is thrilled to have made her home at St. Peter’s! When not serving parishes or taking classes Mo enjoys spending time with family, baking, tap dancing, and drinking tea.

Bryan Dougan
Seminarian
Bryan Dougan is a second-year student at Berkeley Divinity School at Yale in the M.Div. program. He’s a postulant for holy orders in the process to become a priest, being sponsored out of the Diocese of North Carolina.
Bryan grew up in Baltimore, but North Carolina now feels like home after living there for ten years from 2014-2024. Before Div School, he completed a PhD in anthropology at UNC-Chapel Hill.
When not reading theology, you can find him watching the Real Housewives franchises, reading murder mystery novels, and telling his cat it’s not quite time for him to get fed.
